Student Research Employment
The Center for Institutional Evaluation, Research, and Planning (CIERP) employs undergraduate and graduate students in paid roles that support institutional research, reporting, data analysis, and web-based data tools. Student employees contribute directly to projects that advance evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement across the university.
Through their work at CIERP, students gain hands-on experience, develop professional research and analytical skills, and collaborate on projects with real institutional impact. Former student employees have gone on to pursue advanced degrees and professional careers across a wide range of fields.
