Hunt Creative Launches Search for Undergraduate Brand Ambassador

The Big Picture
Hunt Creative, the in-house communications and branding team at Hunt Business, is hiring one Undergraduate Brand Ambassador to support its efforts.
The position offers hands-on experience inside a working creative operation that produces content, campaigns and initiatives for the College.
Interested students will apply for one of two tracks: Creative or Project Management. Applicants must apply to one track only.

Hunt Creative supports the student experience — from major campaigns and events to digital platforms and branded initiatives.
This role provides one student the opportunity to contribute to visible projects and build real professional experience while still an undergraduate.
General Requirements (Both Tracks)
- Current UTEP undergraduate in good academic standing
- Professional, reliable and organized
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Approximately 10–15 hours per week availability
Track 1: Creative Teaching Assistant — Portfolio Required
Role Overview
A production-focused role supporting visual and written content across Hunt Business platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Design graphics for social, web, presentations and print
- Edit short- and long-form video with the Digital Content Manager
- Write short-form copy (headlines, captions, blog blurbs)
- Assist with photography and basic editing
- Support campaigns and branded initiatives
- Maintain brand consistency across deliverables
Qualifications
- Strong visual, writing or storytelling ability
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar tools
- Ability to meet deadlines and take feedback efficiently

Track 2: Project Management Teaching Assistant
Role Overview
An operations-focused role supporting workflow, coordination and execution. This track does not involve content creation.
What You’ll Do
- Track requests, timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate approvals with faculty, staff and leadership
- Assist with vendor outreach and quotes
- Support purchase orders and documentation
- Maintain project records and status updates
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Interest in operations, coordination or administration
