Student professional development is a focal point at UTEP College of Business Administration. The college offers programs that focus on skill development, corporate experience, and exposure to national/international business environments. These collaborative learning experiences are a major tool for improving students’ learning experience thus enhancing the students’ success.
About Our Students
UTEP College of Business Administration receives about 3,000 new undergraduate students every year, from which 77% are from Hispanic origin. Another unique characteristic of our student population is that a big percentage of our students commute to UTEP every day, in fact, given our regional composition many students commute from Ciudad Juarez.
The UTEP College of Business Administration has earned AACSB Accreditation for both its Business Administration and Accounting programs. Less than 5 percent of business schools worldwide have earned this prestigious designation from AACSB International-The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business—which provides global leadership in advancing management education.
