Fall 2026
By the Numbers
Undergraduate enrollment remains the primary driver of Hunt College’s growth.

Inside Hunt
More students. More paths to opportunity.
Undergraduate enrollment accounts for most of Hunt College’s growth. The college enrolled 4,012 undergraduates this fall, up 11.4% from the previous year.
Since fall 2022, Hunt has added 1,091 undergraduate students, a 37.4% increase.
Student engagement remains central to the Hunt College experience. Advising, mentorship, internships, student organizations, and career development give students opportunities to build experience alongside their academic work.
Industry connections bring students together with employers and professionals through internships, experiential learning, and signature programs such as Hunt College’s Corporate Academies in banking, enterprise resource planning, human capital management, and risk management.
Graduate opportunities extend those pathways through three MBA formats, Master of Accountancy, M.S. in Economics, and Ph.D. in Business Administration.
The Bigger Picture
Growth across Hunt is part of a larger UTEP record.
UTEP surpassed 27,000 students for the first time in University history this fall, driven by record numbers of new students, stronger student persistence, and continued growth in online programs.
For the fifth consecutive year, UTEP enrolled its largest-ever incoming freshman class, with 4,695 first-time-in-college students beginning their studies this fall.
UTEP’s growth also reflects expanding access to flexible degree options. UTEP Online enrolled a record 2,158 students, and online students now account for roughly 44% of the University’s total master’s enrollment.
With four consecutive years of enrollment growth, Hunt College continues to expand its reach while preparing more students for careers in business and advancing its ambitions as a leading business school in U.S.-Mexico trade and commerce.
