A New Third Floor Takes Shape at Hunt College
An early look at the $2.4 million renovation of the Business Administration Building.
The Big Picture
Alumni returning to campus will soon see a new look on the third floor of the Business Administration Building.
A $2.4 million renovation is modernizing the floor with spaces that will serve both undergraduate and graduate students.
Inside the Renovation
The three-phase project includes classroom upgrades, improved study and collaboration areas, and renovated restrooms.
A new suite for Hunt College’s graduate programs will also create dedicated space on the third floor.
“The spaces students use every day should support the way they learn and work together. This renovation is an investment in that experience for both undergraduate and graduate students.”
John Hadjimarcou, Ph.D. Rick and Ginger Francis Dean
Looking Ahead
Work began in May 2026, with completion projected for January 2027.
