UTEP Executive MBA
A 16-month hybrid MBA designed around experienced professionals, a close-knit cohort, executive coaching and a wider view of business leadership.
Program Overview
The UTEP Executive MBA is designed for professionals in leadership and management roles across for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
Students move through the program as a small cohort, bringing professional experience into a connected study of management, marketing, accounting, economics, finance, operations and strategy.
A 15–20 student cohort creates space for substantive discussion, close working relationships and peer accountability.
Ten courses build a cross-functional view of business and strengthen judgment across the decisions leaders make.
Executive coaching, community engagement and international perspective carry the work into professional practice.
