EL PASO, Texas – The University of Texas at El Paso’s College of Education recently launched an innovative program that will assist individuals with bachelor’s degrees to earn their alternative certification and a Master of Arts in Education in one year.
For two faculty members at The University of Texas at El Paso, countless hours of research, planning, mentoring, teaching and learning culminated with a prestigious teaching award for their passion and dedication to their profession.
Several members of a second-year program at The University of Texas at El Paso created to prepare the next wave of proficient science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) teachers are ready to share their newfound know-how with high school pupils.
