E-Week at UTEP Tours

Tours of the College of Engineering are an exclusive opportunity for high school partners to experience research centers and facilities. Students and teachers can expect to see the latest in research, innovation and technology and engage in corporate exhibits. All tours are coordinated by our Engineering Ambassadors and provide insight to our academic programs that translate into engineering/computing career pathways.

Pre-Boarding

The Pre-Boarding process will expedite the collection of necessary documents with all school groups. Pre-Boarding involves three steps.

STEP 1: Have all guests (students and teachers) submit Release & Indemnification Agreement and a Photo Release

STEP 2: Save all forms into a single PDF Document and name the file as such: SchoolName.pdf

STEP 3: Email the PDF to Engrfrontdesk4@utep.edu (or hand them to an Engineering Ambassador the day of your tour)

UTEP Forms:

• For Teachers: Adult Release and Indemnification Agreement and Photo Release
• For Student Participants: Minor Release and Indemnification Agreement and Photo Release
