More Than Robots
The intent of the UTEP Robotics Program is to attract K-12 students into engineering through FIRST® robotics competitions then encourage the pursuit of education and careers in STEM-related fields, inspire them to become leaders and innovators, and enhance their 21st century work-life skills. The UTEP College of Engineering and its partners believe in the FIRST® core values and philosophies of Gracious Professionalism® and Coopertition®. Our program starting in 2010 with FIRST® LEGO League and since 2018 have the complete family of 4 competition available to teams in the El Paso area.
