The Entering Student Experience will support UTEP students in their first 45 semester credit hours to build a foundation for their academic excellence and professional success.

Mission

The Entering Student Experience fosters an inclusive environment to ensure students from diverse backgrounds have a meaningful transition to UTEP.  Building opportunities for engagement, belonging, agency, academic success, and professional preparation, we facilitate the continued development of our students’ academic skills and unique strengths and empower them to succeed in their educational and professional pursuits.
