HONORING FACULTY ACHIEVEMENT

R&I hosts two signature events each year that showcase the contributions of faculty researchers and highlight UTEP’s commitment to research excellence.

• Pioneering Researcher Reception: Celebrates faculty who receive their first externally funded grant at UTEP.
• R&I Awards Ceremony: Recognizes outstanding contributions in research, innovation, early career, and leadership across all career stages.
• President's Honors: Honors the department that brings in the highest funding activity in a fiscal year.
