• Assist research teams with strategic planning and offer facilitation services.
• Enhance team dynamics and productivity to develop cohesive, high-performing and sustainable research teams.
• Develop comprehensive agendas that promote effective collaboration and engagement.
• Assist in creating and maintaining new research teams.

Workshops for Ideation and Seminars

• Organize and host comprehensive workshops and seminars to unite faculty around shared research interests.
• Establish new interdisciplinary research teams and promote collaboration across disciplines, colleges, and sectors.
• Provide innovative and interactive activity ideas tailored to team-building goals.

Research Development

Provide learning opportunities to include diverse workshops covering topics that will develop competitive proposals. 

• Sourcing Funding Opportunities
  • Assist faculty in identifying and targeting relevant funding opportunities.
  • Staying informed about the latest funding announcements and matching them with existing or potential faculty research teams.
  • Share funding opportunities with the faculty, which can contribute to their success in securing resources for their research.
• Assisting with large-scale interdisciplinary institutional proposals
  • Coordinate planning and development of proposals from start to finish for seamless submission.
  • Assist in engaging and securing commitments from internal and external partners, ensuring comprehensive stakeholder involvement.
  • Identify and allocate necessary resources while ensuring all requirements are met and managed efficiently.
• Proposal Development
  • Assist at every stage of the proposal development process (e.g., strategy, planning and development, specific content review and / or general review).
