Registration & Records
The University of Texas at El Paso is taking measures to ensure the safety of our students, staff, and faculty during the COVID-19 outbreak. On Tuesday, March 24th, the City of El Paso issued a shelter-at-home ordinance to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus. All COVID-19 updates can be found at www.utep.edu/coronavirus
The Office of Registration and Records staff will operate remotely until the ordinance is lifted. We encourage you to contact us by emailing your inquires to records@utep.edu
The Registration and Records Office houses several functions:
- Registration and Records Office is responsible for the maintenance of student records and all registration transactions, including enrollment verifications, transcript requests, graduation applications, and diplomas; and
- Scheduling coordinates faculty and classroom assignments.
