Mixxed-FitĀ®
A fitness program that dances to your favorite songs on the radio, then spices things up by adding boot camp-inspired exercises to make your workout more challenging. You will incorporate toning using your own bodies. No equipment or dumbbells, the moves include squats, arm toning exercises, lunges and leg lifts.
