Burn Fat and Build Muscle (BFBM)
This 30 minute circuit challenge will condition the total-body. It combines bodyweight strength, balance and plyometric movements to burn fat, build muscle and get Into shape.
No equipment required. This will also show participants where small dumbbells or weights can fit in the workout to increase the intensity.
