Improved Support For UTEP Computers & Laptops
TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT | CURRENT INITIATIVE


 

Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) is a desktop management tool that will allow us to perform or improve some of our existing support functions by reducing manual tasks, increasing end user productivity, and eliminate existing tools and services that we currently are purchasing. With this centralized management system, we will also be able to improve the tedious process of wiping hard drives for systems that need t o go to Surplus.
