Microsoft OneDrive for Business is the UTEP supported cloud storage system that is accessible anywhere, anytime from any device. Share files and folders safely and with ease. Current Faculty, Staff and Students can utilize Microsoft OneDrive for Business to store, sync, and share files across all their devices.

LOG IN TO ONEDRIVE


THE ONEDRIVE CLIENT
Download the Microsoft OneDrive Client to your device and save files directly to your OneDrive. Those on Windows 10 or later already have the OneDrive Client installed.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What is the maximum file size I can upload for a single file?
A: Upload individual files up to 10GB

Q: What happens if I accidentally delete a file? Can it be recovered?
A: If you delete a file stored in OneDrive, it will be in your OneDrive recycle bin for 30 days. After that, it will be permanently gone and there is no back-up.

Q: What happens if I leave UTEP?
A: Access to your OneDrive for Business will be removed one year after you leave the University. To avoid losing your files, be sure to move your files to your personal PC or another storage solution.
