THE HELP DESK

The Technology Support Help Desk is the single point of contact for students, faculty and staff for any technology related question.

 

COMPUTER CLINIC

Cost-free technical support for personally owned computers belonging to active university students, staff and faculty members.

 


EQUIPMENT CHECKOUT

Cost-free equipment checkout program for currently enrolled students.

 

 


MAC COMPUTERS

15 Mac editing workstations, each with programs for video production, software development, and graphic design.

 


POSTER PRINTING

Print high quality posters for your group project or presentation on our HP plotter printer.

 


ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY

Computers that feature several major adaptive software packages for students with special needs.

 

 


SOFTWARE WORKSHOPS

1 hour and 20 minute hands-on software workshops for beginners and intermediate users.

 


BLACKBOARD CENTRAL FOR FACULTY

Blackboard Central is a Faculty Lab located in room 300 of the UTEP Library.

 


ROOM / LAB RESERVATIONS

Mac Classroom with 30 workstations and an instructor station, and a Video Conference Suite that can seat up to 15 are available for reservation.
