UTEP has chosen QuestionPro (QP) as the University’s new centrally supported survey software. Our campus-wide license with QP will provide everyone at UTEP unlimited access to surveys to collect an unlimited number of responses, as well as all the QP features listed under the Enterprise Edition.

Q: Whom do I contact for support?
A: Contact the Technology Support Help Desk

Q: How do I backup Qualtrics surveys?
A: You can export a Qualtrics survey as a Word document or as a QSF (Qualtrics Survey File). It is recommended you save your survey as a QSF if you plan to later reuse that project using another survey software. For instructions on exporting surveys, go to the Qualtrics Support Webpage .

Q: How do I backup Qualtrics survey responses?
A: Use the export data feature in Qualtrics. Instructions to Export Qualtrics’ Data .

Q: I need help transferring an active Qualtrics survey to QuestionPro
A: Any current Qualtrics surveys that must remain active (collecting responses) after January 2, 2019, must be transferred into QuestionPro. Contact the Technology Support Help Desk before December 2, 2018 for assistance in setting this up and to avoid any interruption of your active surveys.
