Xerox resolves to work in partnership with UTEP to provide a qualitative and quantitative solution that will better support your requirements.
We are open from 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Departments can submit quotes requests to our email: email@example.com. This is a shared email and all print services employees have access to it. This allows us to get information even if one staff member is away from the office. If you place an order with us, once the job is completed, we will send you an email and you will be able to pick up your job. The preferred file format to print from is PDF, design files should be converted to PDF before submitting.
The last 3-weeks of each semester and the first 2-weeks of new semesters are particularly high volume printing times. Printing requests during these periods may require more lead time. Print Shop personnel strive for the quickest turn-around possible!
Starting September 2023, our Mail Services Location is now offering new services:
- Faxing Services
- Scanning Services
- B&W Copies
We are open from 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. If a department no longer requires mail delivery, mail can be held at our office located at Union East Building, Room 108 until further notice. A department staff member must notify mail services by email to make arrangements.
If a department desires to pickup mail at our office, please notify us by email indicating the staff member(s) authorized to pick up mail.
We would also like to announce the availability of a postage service charge report that you will be able to access through Share Point. Each department has provided a cost center to charge their postage service billing which will be available by cost center through Share Point starting September 1st, 2020.

Customers that have a Private MailBox with us are welcome to stop by and PICK UP their mail.If you plan to renew your PMB, Please visit our office with 2-forms of identification. No phone or email renew allow!

NOTE: Please note that if you are using the following address: 3120 Sun Bowl Drive. El Paso, Texas 79902. Packages are going to be send out directly to Central Receiving Department and not to Mail Services.
