When you receive notifications from your purchasing agents/ carriers it will likely indicate “delivered” or “delivered to agent”. This notification does not necessarily mean that mail services has your package in our possession.
Please remember that items for UTEP Departments and customers must be processed via our internal tracking system before they are available to deliver to departments or pick up to our PMB holders. We strive to minimize this time, but it will vary based on the carrier delivery time and total volume of the day.
