There are ten self-op copiers located across the University community for your convenience.
Ricoh is responsible for providing, stocking, and maintaining the convenience copiers. In an effort to reduce downtime, we will perform key operator service on these machines twice weekly. This will include replenishing toner, paper, etc., maintaining general tidiness of the surrounding convenience copier areas, coordinating service on machines and scheduling user training.
If you need assistance using the copiers or if you experience difficulty with any machine, please notify the Copy Solutions at ext. 747-5135 immediately.
In the event that any services are required beyond our regular hours, arrangements should be made through our Site Manager. Requests for overtime service should be made with as much advance notice as possible.
