A rigorous, full-time doctoral program designed to produce publishing researchers and effective educators.
Research philosophy and design, advanced regression analysis, and quantitative methods form the methodological backbone for sophisticated empirical research.
Advanced coursework in organizational behavior, human resources, and strategy builds deep domain expertise.
Written and oral exams assess mastery of management theory and methods before advancement to candidacy.
Students work one-on-one with an advisor to develop original research with committee guidance through proposal, execution, and defense.
Students gain teaching experience as instructor of record in undergraduate management courses, building classroom skills under faculty mentorship.
