UTEP Sun Bowl Parking Garage Permit (SBG)
Permit allows parking in designated lot all day. After 3pm, permit allows you to crosspark into any Silver or Blue perimeter lot. After 4pm, permit allows you to park in the Sun Bowl Garage and the Schuster Garage. After 5pm, permit allows you to park inside of campus (with the exception of numbered reserved spaces).
$575.00 per year*

Red (Reserved Inner-Campus)
Allows parking in the designated location on the front of the permit (example: Red UN3 permits may park in Lot UN3) and all orange, blue, and green zones. After 3pm, permit allows you to crosspark into any Silver perimeter lot. After 4pm, permit allows you to park in the Sun Bowl Garage and the Schuster Garage. After 5pm, permit allows you to park anywhere inside of campus (with the exception of numbered reserved spaces).

Pro-Rate Refund Schedule
* Carpool permits may be purchased in person at our office located in the Mike Loya Academic Service Building, room 122.
Cross Parking
- Is allowed in Silver Premium Perimeter and Blue Perimeter lots AFTER 3:00 pm. From 3pm to 8pm, any current and valid UTEP parking permit on display is allowed to park on these areas
- Is allowed in the UTEP Sun Bowl and Schuster Parking Garage AFTER 4:00 pm. From 4pm to 8pm, any current and valid UTEP parking permit on display is allowed to park on these areas
- Is allowed in Green Remote lots with any current and valid UTEP parking permit from 7am to 8pm.
- Is allowed in Red/Orange Inner-Campus lots AFTER 5:00 pm (Except for Red Zone WI1,or Reserved parking, that is designated and enforced 24 hours, 7 days a week)
