UTEP Sun Bowl Parking Garage Permit ( SBG)
SBG (Sun Bowl Garage) permits allow parking on levels 1 through 5 and in all green zones.SBG zone is strictly enforced between 7:00 am and 4:00pm weekdays.

UTEP Schuster Parking Garage (SCG)
SCG (Schuster Garage) permits allow parking on levels 1 through 5 and in all green zones. SCG zone is strictly enforced between 7:00 am and 4:00pm weekdays.

Silver Perimeter (SB2, SB3, SB4 and RA2)
Allow parking in the designated location on the front of the permit (Example: SB2 permits may park in Lot SB2) and all green zones. Silver zones are strictly enforced between 7:00 am and 3:00pm weekdays. Silver permit holders may park in any silver zone after 3:00pm.

Blue Perimeter (DA1, SB5, SB6, SC1 through SC5, GR1, GR2, GR3, GR5, OR2)
Allow parking in the designated location on the front of the permit (Example: Blue SC4 permits may park in SC4) and all green zones. Blue zones are strictly enforced between 7:00 am and 3:00pm weekdays. Blue permit holders may park in any blue zone after 3:00pm.

Purple (Miner Village / Miner Heights/Miner Canyon Residents)
Are available only to students residing on campus and allow parking only in their designated housing location or green zones. Parking at these locations is enforeced 24 hours 7 days a week.

Evening
Are available only to students with scheduled evening classes after 4pm and allow parking only in green, perimeter, silver zones and Sun Bowl and Schuster Parking Garage. Allowed in Red/Orange Inner-Campus lots AFTER 5:00 pm (Except for Red Zone WI1,or Reserved parking, that is designated and enforced 24 hours, 7 days a week)

Cross Parking
- Is allowed in Silver Premium Perimeter and Blue Perimeter lots AFTER 3:00 pm. From 3pm to 8pm, any current and valid UTEP parking permit on display is allowed to park on these areas (Please note that Evening permits are allowed to park on campus after 4pm)
- Is allowed in the UTEP Sun Bowl and Schuster Parking Garage AFTER 4:00 pm. From 4pm to 8pm, any current and valid UTEP parking permit on display is allowed to park on these areas
- Is allowed in Green Remote lots with any current and valid UTEP parking permit from 7am to 8pm.
- Is allowed in Red/Orange Inner-Campus lots AFTER 5:00 pm (Except for Red Zone WI1,or Reserved parking, that is designated and enforced 24 hours, 7 days a week)
