UTEP provides current students, faculty, and staff an account to access most of UTEP's electronic resources. Additional details on account policies can be found in UTEP’s Information Security Policies .


• Access to MyUTEP - UTEP Email, Goldmine, Blackboard, OneDrive, and more.
• Access to the UTEP Wi-Fi system.
• Ability to log into over 40 campus computer labs.
• Microsoft Office 365.
• Access to UTEP software from your personally owned computer.

FACULTY & STAFF:
New accounts are generated automatically once the hiring process is complete. Human Resources or your department will provide you with your account username.


ACADEMIC DEPARTMENTS:
Contact your COLLEGE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER


NON-ACADEMIC DEPARTMENTS & RETIREES:
Contact HUMAN RESOURCES


SPONSORED ACCOUNTS:
For non-university personnel (guest faculty, contractor, alumni, etc) who are affiliated with the university and are assisting the university in meeting its mission.

Password Reset


By proactively setting your security questions, you can easily reset your password yourself in the case that you forget it. To set a login password or to obtain your account information contact Technology Support.
