Poster Information for presenters
Preparing your poster
Posters should be a single large-format print in landscape orientation (no individual powerpoint slides):
48 inches wide by 36 inches tall (48in. x 36in.)
Magnets will be provided for mounting onto our magnetic boards.

UTEP Typography (Fonts to use)
The following fonts are free and recommended by UTEP marketing and communications.
- Primary Font
- Inter
- Download "Inter" from Google Fonts
- Inter Tight
- Download "Inter Tight" from Google Fonts
- Secondary Font
- Crimson Pro
Download "Crimson Pro" from Google Fonts
- Alternate Fonts in Microsoft Office
- Primary Font: Aptos
Use Arial if Aptos font is not available.
The following templates contain UTEP logos that can be resized and not lose fidelity. DO NOT change the colors of the UTEP Logos and be sure to resize them proportionally.
Printing your poster
We highly recommend saving your file as a PDF. This should ensure the highest quality print that most services will accept.
