College of Engineering Appoints Dr. Martine Ceberio as Associate Dean for People, Culture, and Environment, Paving the Way for Inclusive Excellence

The College of Engineering is delighted to announce the appointment of its new Associate Dean for People, Culture, and Environment, Dr. Martine Ceberio, Computer Science professor. Driven by a strong vision and an unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive and thriving academic community, Dr. Ceberio is set to make a significant impact in shaping the future of the College of Engineering.

With an official start date of August 1, 2023, the newly appointed associate dean will be responsible for a diverse range of crucial roles within the College. In her new role, Dr. Ceberio will oversee initiatives such as faculty and staff development, tenure and promotion processes and inclusive excellence initiatives.

In response to the appointment of the new Associate Dean for People, Culture, and Environment, Dean Meissner of the College of Engineering shared his thoughts, stating, "We are thrilled to welcome Martine to our leadership team.
