The Engineering Student Leadership Council (ESLC) Leadership Retreat is team-building and planning event that occurs annually on the Friday before the fall semester. Engineering organizations and society officers with participate in planning workshops and exercises that will prepare them for the school year. The Leadership Retreat also aims to pool organizations’ strengths and connect to opportunities that would not be available otherwise.
Students who attend this event should expect:
- Professional development workshops facilitated by field professionals.
- Networking opportunities with UTEP professionals / administrators and fellow student leaders from all over campus.
- Forum with College administration to discuss the newest initiatives and directions of the College of Engineering.
