The biggest recruitment event for engineering organizations is The Golden Trail. This event serves as a membership drive for over 30 engineering organizations and honor societies that can address many interest that are major-specific, technical or networking related. Planning for this event is always part at the ESLC Leadership Retreat. Partnerships and sponsorships are encouraged to engage various constituents.

At The Golden Trial, students talk to student organization officers and learn about:

• engaging in campus and community events to enhance ones’ understanding of self
• identifying leadership skills necessary to be successful in their chosen field
• increasing student and professional networks
• developing pride and a stronger connection to the college
