Our Policies
The administration of financial aid and scholarships at UTEP is subject to many laws and regulations from the federal and state governments, though the U.S. Department of Education and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, respectively. Within those guidelines, UTEP also has institutional policies that help us distribute the available funds in a way that is consistent, fair, and aligned with our mission of access to an excellent education.
