Ph.D. Student’s Paper Honored by Academy of Marketing Science
Mahimkar’s article – "Customer Success Management (CSM): A Systematic Literature Review and an Agenda for Future Research" – explores the emergence of CSM in academia, highlighting its significance in business-to-business (B2B) marketing.
The Academy of Marketing Science (AMS) hosted its annual Conference in Florida in May. AMS is a professional association for marketing academics, connecting scholars through events and research publications driving the marketing industry forward.
"Interacting with a group of marketing academics provided valuable feedback and ignited profound discussions," Mahimkar said. "Deep diving into this area underscored the significance and pertinence of my research in the B2B marketing arena. The conference and the award bolstered the dedication to my Ph.D. and solidified my trajectory in academia — where I aim to enrich the comprehension and implementation of CSM."
The Ph.D. in Business Administration prepares new generations of faculty from diverse backgrounds to address critical research and teaching challenges in business.
