Real Estate Career Fair Opens Doors for Hunt Business Students

 
What happened: The Real Estate Career Fair, hosted at the WestStar Tower, provided students with a gateway to the real estate industry. Organized by UTEP’s Commercial Real Estate Program, the event featured representatives from top employers offering full-time roles, internships, and valuable career insights. 

Students walked away with: 

• Real job prospects and internships from leading employers. 

• A better understanding of the skills and knowledge required for success. 

• Expanded professional networks and peer connections. 

In their words: 
“This career fair was an eye-opener,” said Brian Contreras, a senior in the Commercial Real Estate Program. “Speaking with employers gave me confidence in my skills and clarified the roles I want to pursue.” 

Real Estate Club President Stephanie Alvarado added, “Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and industry. Seeing students connect with professionals who can shape their careers is incredibly rewarding.”
