New Room Reservation System Launches at Hunt Business

The big idea:
Select rooms in the Business Administration Building (BUSN) at UTEP are now available to reserve online for meetings, study sessions, or small events.
Why it matters:
From class projects to student org planning, students, faculty and staff often need collaborative, tech-enabled spaces. This new system helps you book what’s available quickly.
What’s new:
- Centralized info: Browse all reservable spaces in one place
- Room features listed: See seating, tech, and usage guidelines
- Direct booking: Use your UTEP login to reserve
- Clear policies: Know what’s allowed (and what’s not)
How it works:
Visit the BUSN Spaces site. Review the listings. Log in with your UTEP credentials. Book your room.
Before you book:
- Rooms are generally open Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- No evenings or weekends
- Some rooms are restricted to faculty/staff or require extra approval
- No food allowed in labs or certain spaces
