Engineering Student Leadership Council
The Engineering Student Leadership Council (ESLC) brings together the presidents and team captains of all Miguel A. Loya College of Engineering student organizations and technical competition teams. Unlike traditional organizations, the ESLC functions as a collaborative council, giving every group an equal voice. Its purpose is to strengthen communication between students and the College administration while promoting shared professional and academic goals. By fostering interdependence across student organizations, the ESLC builds a united community and culture that supports leadership, teamwork, and student success.
