The Fall 2025 Real Estate Field Trip, organized by the Woody L. Hunt College of Business, offers UTEP real estate students a unique opportunity to connect with industry leaders, explore real-world projects, and gain insights into the dynamic real estate market.

With exciting stops like Foster Electric USA Inc. and Kuehne + Nagel Inc., this immersive experience includes guided site visits, expert discussions, and networking with professionals actively shaping the region's commercial real estate landscape.

12:00 PM – Bus departs for Eastside El Paso

12:30 PM – Foster Electric USA Inc Site Tour:
Foster Electric USA Inc.’s El Paso facility, located at 1216 Don Haskins Drive, is a key site for the Japan-based Foster Electric Company, producing automotive speaker systems and related audio components. Established first as a warehouse in 1997, it began speaker manufacturing in 2009 and is expanding to produce millions of units annually to serve U.S. and Japanese automakers.

3:00 PM – Kuehne + Nagel Inc Site Tour:
A leading global logistics company founded in Bremen, Germany in 1890. It offers a full suite of supply-chain services, including sea, air, road, and rail freight; contract logistics; and customs brokerage, operating via nearly 200 U.S. locations to serve both domestic and international customers.

5:00 PM – Bus returns to Glory Rd
