The Starwood collection includes Sheraton, Westin, St. Regis, Four Points and other properties - more than 890 hotels. The program offers discounts for business as well as personal travel and, because of this, we ask that you share this information within your department. Program details are as follows:
- 20% off the best available fully refundable rate at the time of booking
- Discount applies to
- Staff, faculty, guests, consultants and students traveling on official University business
- Patient travel for medical institutions
- Personal travel for staff and faculty
- Room upgrades at check-in based on availability
- Late check-out based on availability
- Starwood Points redeemable for free night stays and airline tickets (no black-out dates)
- A rate of $85 at the Sheraton Austin for staff, faculty, guest and consultant business travel. The rate is applicable during legislative session provided that the hotel has rooms available.
