Grievance Procedures

The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) has established procedures for addressing student complaints and grievances related to accommodations and accessibility. These procedures allow students to seek both informal and formal resolution.

Common Concerns may include, but are not limited to:

  • Non-Implementation of Accommodations: Issues related to faculty members or departments not implementing approved accommodations.
  • Discrimination: Alleged discrimination based on disability.
  • Access to Facilities or Services: Barriers to accessibility in campus buildings, services, or digital resources.
