Testing Center & Accommodations

CASS provides a secure and supportive testing environment for students who are approved for exam accommodations.

Scheduling Exams

  • The CASS Testing Center is open M–F from 8 AM–5 PM and offers extended hours during Finals Week during the Fall and Spring semesters from 7 AM–6 PM
  • All exams must be scheduled by the student through the AIM portal at least 5 business days in advance.
  • Late requests to schedule exams will not be approved.
  • Students are expected to take exams at the same time as the class unless the instructor approves an alternative day and time.

Proctoring & Security

  • CASS provides a secure, distraction-reduced testing environment.
  • Exams are monitored through video surveillance to maintain academic integrity.
  • Any suspected academic dishonesty is reported to the Office of Community Standards.

Prohibited Items

To maintain a secure testing environment, the following items are not allowed in the testing room:

  • Hoodies
  • Backpacks, purses, or wallets
  • Cell phones and smartwatches
  • Food or beverages (unless pre-approved)
  • Hats or caps
  • Medication bottles
  • Lip balm, lotion, and hand sanitizer

Note: Lockers are available to store personal items during testing on a first come first served basis.
