Registering for Services with CASS

If you are a student seeking accommodations through the Center for Accommodations and Support Services (CASS), please follow the steps below to register:

Step 1: Access the AIM Portal
Click on the AIM Portal link located on the CASS homepage.

Step 2: Log in with Your UTEP Credentials
You will be prompted to sign in using your UTEP username and password.

Step 3: Complete the New Student Application
Once logged in, click the red "New Student Application" button to begin your request for services.

What to Expect Next

After submitting your application, you will receive an email with the date and time of your appointment with a CASS coordinator. Appointments are available in a variety of formats for your convenience:
