At CASS, we understand that mental health is an essential part of your overall well-being and academic success. If you're experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges, you're not alone—and support is available.

On-Campus Support

UTEP Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)
CAPS offers free, confidential counseling services to currently enrolled students. Licensed mental health professionals provide individual counseling, group therapy, crisis support, and wellness workshops.

UTEP CARE (Campus Advocacy, Resources and Education)

CARE supports students facing personal crises, including mental health concerns, homelessness, food insecurity, intimate partner violence, and more. CARE staff help connect students to campus and community resources for short- and long-term support.
